5 Stars = literally "As good as it gets!"
Jack and his company, Infrared Energy Analysis, get my highest possible recommendation for the
following reasons. First, he's extremely professional, personable, and customer-centric. Some people
and companies claim that they want to do right by their customers but Jack lives it (and then
some). Second, the work he does makes a significant impact. After purchasing our home in July
2011, we had Jack do an energy audit and then invested in the recommendations that he
provided (e.g. add'l insulation, sealing). Since this is a new home for us, we don't have a before and
after for comparison purposes. However, we have noticed that there have been times when our
utilitiy bills are only 25% higher than our old home, pretty amazing considering the new home is
almost twice as big. Finally, my feedback and recommendation are not just based on my
experience with IEA and Jack. We were referred to IEA by friends and know several other families
who've been extremely happy with IEA's work.
